Η εκπαίδευση αποτελεί βασικό στόχο του NIA μέσω του οποίου επιδιώκουμε να ενημερώνουμε κλινικούς γιατρούς, επιστήμονες, ασθενείς και το ευρύ κοινό σχετικά με τις βέλτιστες κλινικές πρακτικές και τις τελευταίες ερευνητικές εξελίξεις στη Νευρολογία, και να εκπαιδεύουμε την επόμενη γενιά κλινικών επιστημόνων μέσω εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων νευρολογικής υποειδικότητας. Στόχος μας είναι να παρέχουμε την υψηλότερης ποιότητας εκπαιδευτική εμπειρία μέσω επικαιροποιημένου περιεχομένου που αναπτύσσεται και παρέχεται σύμφωνα με τις εκπαιδευτικές αρχές που επικεντρώνονται στον εκπαιδευόμενο και την πρακτική εμπειρία.

Εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα υποτροφίας
The CBSM TP is a rigorous training program aimed to train the next generation of clinicians and clinician-scientists in Cognitive Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Established in 2020, supervised trainees learn to evaluate and manage the care of patients with neurocognitive disorders and sleep disorders working within our specialty multidisciplinary clinic teams, review polysomnography, MSLT/MWT, and actigraphy studies of their own patients, participate and present at our weekly journal clubs and patient reviews, and pursue their own research interests in CBSM through mentored guidance as well as participate in ongoing research projects at the Sleep & Memory Center towards pursuing an independent career.

Continuing Medical Education Activities
Our experts regularly organize conferences, lectures and workshops for colleagues on the latest research and best evidence-based clinical practice guidelines in the field of Neurology, and present their work in national and international conferences. Within the NIA, our members participate in Continuing Medical Education Activities through weekly Journal Club and Literature Review talks, Patient Review Meetings, and quarterly Grand Rounds Conference Talks by expert invited speakers from Greece and abroad.
Education to Patients, Caregivers, and the General Public
Our team of experts provides regular lectures and educational material to patients, their caregivers, and the public at large on the latest research and best clinical practices in Neurology, towards helping people identify early signs of brain disorders in achieving earlier and better therapeutic outcomes, developing caregiver skills to better care for patients, and continuing to live a healthy and purposeful life.
